I could use one of those right about now.
S’s family got a massage certificates from a family friend last night. Very thoughtful in this stressful time.

A professional massage is always a good thing. Magic fingers…not so much.

You’d love this place. In Morro Bay, the lady has owned it forever and she does everything herself. It is homey and spotless and cheap. My kinda place.

We took a family trip out West when I was a kid, and stayed in motels. I remember being so intrigued by those. My parents, less so.

It was always a thrill when we could talk Dad into busting loose with a nickel and us kids could pile on the bed and get jiggled by the Magic Fingers.

Now I’m thinking of the scene in National Lampoon’s Vacation.
