I cut back on caffeine today. I normally only drink 3 cups of coffee per day.
24 oz. cups.
So.
I just drank a cup and a half in the morning (drinking from a smaller cup, too). It was kind of a surprise how nice it was, not to feel like this:

Wowsa. I think we’ve nailed down the cause of your insomnia. I drink one 12 oz. coffee in the morning and a cup of tea in the afternoon. If I have caffeine later than 4:00 PM or so, I end up staring at the ceiling all night regretting everything I’ve ever done in life.
